Starting her career in real estate over 16 years ago Caroline has now turned her attentions to the property sector in Spain. Recognising a recent surge in interest in this field, Caroline has focussed on the build of luxury housing in the Marbella area.
Working on-site, Caroline has built up an impressive portfolio managing over 20 developments in Spain, London and Dubai. Her vast experience of working in all phases of real estate development including acquisition, construction, demolition and redevelopment place her in a unique position, well versed in the latest building rules and regulations defined by the local authorities.
Erica is native Swedish and has a long background in digital media and marketing. She oversees and coordinates coverage of news and ideas in partnership with Propana Group and their clients. She has worked across Europe for some of the biggest publishing houses and production companies, managing brand building through influencers and social media. Erica is dedicated to creating meaningful and engaging concepts and manage projects that have a positive impact on society – thereof she loves working for Propana Group.
