Luke Davis
Director
Having worked in the international property industry for over 20 years Luke has extensive knowledge of the Spanish market as well as in Dubai and the United States.
Mostly concentrating on European projects in recent years, Luke recognised the potential in the property and development market in Spain.
Creating what is now an award-winning company, Propana Group has succeeded in earning a reputation of excelling where others have struggled, adding previously unrealised value to sometimes overlooked projects.
Luke’s sometimes unorthodox attitude and wealth of experience in boutique residential projects help add a unique perspective to Propana’s own projects and clients utilising Propana’s Project Management services. In part because of this, Propana Group continues to grow with the company striving to leave a development legacy that stands the test of time.

Caroline Davis
Director
Having started her real estate career in Spain over 20 years ago, Caroline, as a native Spanish speaker has gained a unique understanding of the property sector in Spain from both a development and sales perspective.
Having experienced the highs and lows of the market, Caroline has an ability to recognise unique opportunities and is perfectly placed to identify the right property for the right client at the right time.
Over the years Caroline has built up an impressive portfolio, managing numerous developments in Spain, London and Dubai. Her vast experience of working in all phases of real estate sales and development has helped cement her reputation in the industry. Able to navigate every element of sales and project management from pre-acquisition, through to planning and detailed design, objectives are achieved with unparalleled endurance and intuition.
Caroline continues to help maintain Propana Group’s position as one of Marbella’s leading bespoke development and sales companies on the Costa del Sol.
